Stanmore BCS stores the contact details, locations, experience, availability and optional CV you submit to the Stanmore Clean network. We also record your agreement and how you reached the form.

Why we keep it

Authorised Stanmore staff use this information to consider you for suitable cleaning opportunities and contact you. Staff may keep dated notes about conversations and your availability. Registration does not guarantee work.

Who can see it

Your registration and CV are private. We use Netlify to host the website, database and file storage. These services may process information outside the Philippines. Contact links open WhatsApp, your email app or your phone app; those services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, stop contacting you, or withdraw your agreement by emailing Stanmore BCS. We keep information while it is needed for the cleaner network and review records for removal when they are no longer needed.

Website security

Essential cookies support staff sign-in. Technical request information helps protect the service against abusive submissions. We do not use advertising trackers on this form.
