Please keep noise to a minimum at all times
This is a residential building — respect neighbours and avoid parties
🛋️ Unit Care
Do not move furniture
No hanging of clothes or items on the balcony
Any damages will be charged accordingly
🗑️ Garbage
Do NOT leave trash outside the unit (penalty applies)
Leave garbage inside — housekeeping will handle it
Optional: disposal area at lower ground parking
